Class Descriptions & Rates

Body Blast with TRX 55 min. Challenge your balance and coordination in this great total body conditioning class utilizing a variety of equipment, which can include Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Steps, Bosu, TRX Suspension Training and more. All levels welcome.
Bodyrox 55 min. A muscle conditioning class challenging the upper & lower body by using hand weights, body bars, bands, medicine balls and stability balls as props.
Body Shop 55 min. This class will strengthen your muscles while keeping your heart rate elevated in this high energy, strength endurance class that will incorporate a variety of cardio and strength drills utilizing weights, tubes, balls, bands, body bars, risers, kettlebells, TRX and more! Enjoy being challenged in a variety of ways!
Bootcamp 55 min. To "turn your body around" do you need a little bit of inspiration, accountability and fun? Be finished each day before most people even get started! Exercise options will be offered to challenge all levels of fitness. Expect to lose fat and gain muscle while increasing confidence and improving overall well-being. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
Buff Bodz 'n Little Bodz 55 min. This is an opportunity for adults and children to exercise together! This creative approach to exercise allows your family to have fun being healthy together. You will be physically active, but there will also be plenty of time for giggles, family bonding and mind boosters. Fee is for one parent, one child. Each additional child $2.
Hardbody 55 min. Step up for a hard body. High-riser step training for leg shaping and butt-lifting cardio moves meet focused resistance training to create sleek and strong muscles and total body fitness.
Kettlebell 45 min. Taking the benefits of the Kettlebell foundational exercises and building beyond the basics. You will be offered modifications and intensifications to challenge your workout at your individual pace. To participate in this fast-moving class, it is recommended that you feel comfortable with the basics.
Pilates 55 min. Appropriate for beginner (with knowledge of fundamentals) and regular students, mat class encourages students to work deeply and will improve posture, core strength, balance, flexibility, and form.
Piyo 55 min. A perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates that brings together challenging Yoga poses and exercises from the Pilates mat series in one fluid, invigorating workout. An Intermediate-level workout.
Yoga 55 min. Students will work on balance, stretching and strengthening postures, relaxation and meditation in a flowing, Vinyasa-style format.
Yoga-Healing 55 min. Same as our yoga class with a final end-of-class treat, Gentle Savasana Adjustment. Reiki Master and trained in Thai Yoga Massage, Kristi offers a gentle relaxation technique combined with Reiki healing for your body to rest more comfortably in Savasana.
Zumba 55 min. A Latin-inspired dance-fitness class. The class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion. Dancers and non-dancers enjoy and succeed at Zumba! Come join the dance party!!
